Okay, this was one extra service Rooms To Go provided that had me SERIOUSLY impressed. Complimentary interior design help! Yes, you read that right.
I was able to work with an in-house professional interior designer to take my living room layout to the next level. They helped me pull together a cohesive plan with furniture placement, incorporated accent pieces, recommended design updates, and more. It really pulled the whole room together!
This complimentary service was such a nice surprise. I was able to take my living room from bland to beautiful thanks to the designer’s tips. I never would have come up with such an elegant, put-together space on my own. Rooms To Go just provided help above and beyond!
Smooth Returns and Exchanges Process
I would never anticipate needing to make a return or exchange. But things happen, and I liked that Rooms To Go has a backup plan if customers aren’t fully satisfied.
Their return policy allows full refunds or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your items. And if you need longer to decide, you have 90 days to exchange for something better suited.
Knowing I had room for changing my mind down the road gave me peace of mind. Thankfully, I ended up absolutely loving my full living room setup. But it was reassuring that Rooms To Go has systems in place if adjustments need to be made.
